Changing from Aptamil to SMA Gold - how do I do this?

My baby is 8 weeks old and I want to switch her from Aptamil to SMA Gold as Aptamil is not agreeing with her (she keeps being sick after every bottle and has at least 1 projectile vomit a day). How do I change her onto another formula? Do I do it gradually or just start to give her SMA straight away?

As she is sick after every bottle, then suggest you talk to HV/GP as there may be an underlying problem that isn't down to Aptamil, otherwise just switch. We didn't get on with SMA so went to C&G with DD.
