Not that its probably relevant but ds weighs above the 98th centile, and has reflux so feeds often as he keeps being sick. I've had a tummy bug since Saturday and can barely eat. Am exclusively bf and don't want to mixed feed or switch to formula but... am feeling quite exhausted (have a two year old who has had the same bug so am looking after her too). Am feeding every two to three hours, and am worried about how this bug will affect my milk supply. I'm trying to keep my fluid intake up, and am eating as much as I physically can, but its nothing to what I was eating before. Can anyone offer any advice? I would have thought the bug should have cleared by now, feels like its been a lifetime!

How rough for you. If you possibly can then keep up the bf. Are you able to stay in bed and just feed there? Your milk will provide him with protection against the tummy bug. Your supply should be fine with that frequency of feeding. Is someone looking after you, making sure you've got drinks? Can you get a telephone consultation with your GP?

Your supply will be fine but obviously makes sense for someone to look after you and do as much as poss. with the toddler. Get better sooon.
