OK, a rather pointless post, but what are you all munching on during epic feeds? For me, all hail the humble bagel. Low fat, inexpensive, most delish, easy one-handed eating action, non-crunchy and non-crumbly. Any other suggestions ladies? Roll up roll up and nominate!

Chocolate of course

Scientifically proven (erm by me) to increase milk production.

This week it has been scones with clotted cream and jam, last week it was sausage sandwiches, dp was astounded by my multi tasking when i had dd4 feeding, mumsnetting with my right hand and holding my sarnie with my left!
