Sorry if title sounds rude.

If I am regularly sick (like, every day, prob more than once a day) will that effect breastmilk?

you are far from stupid, very brave in fact for posting that!!

You do need a certain amount of cals in breast milk so making yourself sick after every meal would probably not be a good idea (not that it ever is but you know what i mean)

As has already been said, you would suffer long before baby does but you may notice baby needs feeding more if you have had a bad day or 2, which then makes you hungrier, which makes you eat more, which makes you sick more.......

IKIS (I'm going to refuse to call you Stoopid!), there's a feature on eating disorders in the current issue of Midwives (the house journal of the Royal College of Midwives). It covers a number of clinical studies but doesn't mention impact on breastfeeding - I hope this is a good sign. It does, however, say that it is very common for eating disorders to resurface in the postnatal period, and that they put you at risk of postnatal depression.

You've been so brave in taking this first step. I hope that you'll soon feel ready to take a second.

All best wishes.
