So, I gave up b/f about 10 days ago but woke up with v painful boob (but could have been sleeping funny on it!)
There is still milk there as I hand expressed quite a lot in the shower. The expressing relieved the pain for a bit but but it's sore again now and I don't know if expressing is the "right" thing to do as I'm giving up iykwim and don't want to "encourage" production.
Any advice welcomed.
