They didn't work for us, but I know a lot of people swear by them for bf/bottle combining - and they're a fiver a pop in Cambridge and Brum TK Maxxes right now, instead of fifteen quid from Amazon.
(They also have lots of Bugaboo fleece fabric sets in the Birmingham TK Maxx, and Katvig baby stuff.)
