Evening ladies - my first post on this board, I'm usually found in multiples as I have 4 month old twins...

Twins are formula fed on Cow and Gate Nutriprem 2. Up until 2 days ago no real problems...they slept quite well (6/7 hours through night) until last week when they suddenly starting waking every 3.5 hrs but coping ok simply because they are excellent at going back to bed: DD1 was awful at it, for 6 months I remember it taking her 1.5 hr to go back to sleep after her feed: twins are brilliant at it and I am only up for about 15 mins at the most and they go back to sleep.

Anyway I digress...
Nia has started to refuse feeds. Over the last 2/3 days she has started to scream once she has a few sucks and will not calm down for approx 15 mins. Once calm I try again and she completely throws a wobbly, however I normally manage to get a few ounces in her.

But today, she fed at 3pm, took 3.5 ounces. I tried to feed her again at around 6 (as normal) and she was having none of it. Managed to get 1 ounce down. bath at 7.30pm, completely refused to suck bottle at 8pm. So basically she has had 1 ounce since 3pm today...
She has no temperature, no rash, normal nappies today/yesterday. Happy in the bath, lots of smiles etc.

I am refusing to panic (yet), however she's 4 months and weighs 9lb 8 (was 6 weeks prem) so when does this get serious?

She can't survive on minimal intake for very long but she sounds well.
could it be pain/teething? even if you can't see teeth they could be moving through gum. I'd try to cup feed her to get fluid into her. if not able to take milk tomorrow I'd contact GP for check up.
