saggy boobs - any advice?

I've just started replacing some breastfeeds with formula for my 4-month-old- and my boobs are starting to sag. They're now smaller than before I was pregnant! Someone told me wearing a tight sports bra helps to prevent this shrinkage - or is this just wishful thinking??

Wishful thinking

Sorry, but ime they will never return to their former glory. The only way that works is to get pregnant again LOL!

I should imagine it's wishful thinking.

When you breastfeed you lose fat out of your breasts and it is replaced with something like milk ducts (can't remember what exactly, sorry). Once you have stopped bf'ing, over time the fat will return and plump your boobs up a bit.

take lots of photos of them before they sag completely, and at least then you'll be able to remember them fondly. No way back I'm afraid

I'm also not sure it's even the BF'ing that does it - just the plain act of going through pregnancy and childbirth.

I FF DD (first baby) and they still sagged. I BF'd DS and they sagged some more.

My best advice is to spend money on good bras.

I'm afraid that's it. Mine used to be round and fairly high up. After 2 breast fed babies they are now empty, wrinkled, stretch-marked and disappointing. But my beautiful babies have been well fed

A really good bra or plastic surgery.
