Growth spurt - did I miss it?

DD is now 8 weeks old and I have been waiting for the 6 week GS, well, since she was about 5 weeks actually.

Do you think I just didn't notice it? Does it always involve feeding lots in the day?

She has started waking hourly from midnight onwards over the last few nights but I don't feel like she's feeding anymore than usual (except between midnight and 7am).

Any ideas?

my little ds started his growth spurt in the last few days (he's 6 weeks today) he's started feeding every two hours in the day and waking every 3 or so in the night for a few ozs. My dd never had a noticeable growth spurt (she was a pfb and I noted all feeds and how much etc etc, in fact she had slightly less than usual...)
