Lump in breast - am BFing

Bit worried as I have noticed a small lump in one breast in the past few days. It feels a bit like gristle (eww) iyswim, and isn't sore. It's not near the nipple, but over on one side. I am exclusively BFing my first DC. What could this be? Have read about blocked milk ducts but don't really know what one would be like. Any advice would be welcome.

My mother found a lump in her breast not long after I was born. She fretted about it for weeks and eventually went to the Dr to be told it was a blocked duct.

Chances are that that is your problem. However, as none if us can be sure, you know that you should go to the Dr and have him/her check it out.
