I don't know if anyone else has found a copy of this book, I spotted it by sheer chance on the shelf in my local Borders (and haven't replaced it yet as far as I can see!), the ladies at my local BF drop-in hadn't heard of it but really loved it:
Food of love
It's from a fairly AP viewpoint, so is more about feeding on demand than routines, so might not suit everyone, but I found it really encouraging that the approach I was taking wouldn't end up with a clingy over-fed baby. Lots of extremely cute cartoons and also very useful images of positioning from mum's eye view. A really useful section on possible problems (eg if it feels like this, it might be A, B or C) and also on feeding early babies.
Will stop gushing now, but I really loved it and thought more people need to know about this book!
