Not sure if I'm missing anything, but how do you do anything with 2 pumps on? Can't switch it on/off/turn up/down, can't read a book, eat etc.
Only think can do is watch TV, but can't even channel hop.
Tips please????

I hold both 'horns' over my boobs with one forearm so always have one arm free. small norks though. some people invest in expressing bras and are hands free.

I never had any problems if I took one pump off for a second to change channels, but you're right, you can't do much. That's why I kept expressing to a minimum, about 20 mins a couple of times a day.

Take a sports bra and cut two holes in it.

Cushion on lap, rest bottles on that, hook elbows around pump sets. Both hands free and available for book reading and MNetting

Try going hands free

Thanks ladies, will get practising.
I knew those hair bobbles I keep finding all around the house would come in handy!
