ow, nipple is really really sore

dd2 is a week old - having problems with same nipple as I always do, it's so hard getting the right latch on it as points in weird direction

nipple bleeding and so sore - have taken to wearing nipple sheild when NOT feeding to try and stop scab forming, and protect it from being brushed by arm or anything

please give me some tips - iirc I had a crack for about a month with ds, even though saw bf counsellor

Hi Dinny, afraid I don't have much advice to give - just a bump to say I'm having a lot of soreness myself and feel your pain - hope you get some good advice soon!

Could you not just express on that side for a while until it gets less sore?

MissM, I have been trying the biological nuturing position over the last 24 hours and dd LOVES it and I think it's helping my nipples heal - they are certainly less bad than a day ago

they LOOK awful though - poor dd1 saw one earlier and nearly fainted
