11 month old refusing all bottles

LO has gradually stopped taking ANY milk over the last week. He started by refusing night time bottle which we thought was because he has realised when he gets night time bottle, it means bed time and he hates going to bed. He will only take night time bottle if I take it up to his room and feed him in the dark which is fine.

He has always gulped down his morning bottle of milk no problem but over the last 4 days he has gone from taking the full thing to taking 2-3Oz and this morning taking 2 sucks n then slapping the bottle away and refusing it altogether. He took his porridge fine but doesn't want anything to do with the bottle of formula. Nothing seems to have changed over the last few days to cause this...

I have tried putting it in his sippy cup but when he tastes it he just lets the milk pour back out of his mouth. He takes water no problem from his sippy cup.

Any advice?

Is he ill/teething maybe, I know mine are just not too interested when either of the above?

Thanks for the response... Yes - he is getting over an ear infection and has been excessively drooling so could be teething (when are they not teething!!!). He took his night time bottles the last two nights and is eating a bit better so maybe I should have waited a wee bitlonger to see how he got on.

I love Dogtanian by the way... Esp the way he whines "Julieeeeeeeeeeettteee!!!"
