missing a day of feeding - will pump - will I bugger my supply?

Tomorrow I'm going out for the day with my dd and leaving 7 month old ds with dh. There is plenty of ebm in the freezer so that's not a problem.

I'm just now (last minute nerves and all) worrying that I'll mess my supply up.

Normally I use a double electric pump (borrowed from a hard core expresser) but for tomorrow have borrowed a hand pump from a kind MNer. I had a quick go and I can get milk out with it (phew - another pump i borrowed one weekend got totally nothing out). Assuming I pump 2 or 3 times during the day, to relieve the pressure and to trick my body into carrying on producing I should be ok shouldn't i? I seem to have a steady, good supply of milk so i'm hoping that I'm not about to cock this up for myself and ds....

Please reassure me

i did this twice at 5.5mo and it was fine, although my boobs were a little bit engorged the next morning after the first day as i obv hadn't pumped enough. so the second time i did one final pump before bed and that seemed to do the trick. no supply problems.
