i just read this story and felt quite alarmed, as I have a glass or two of wine about twice a week. But the story doesn't mention that alcohol is metabolised over time, and by my reckoning my baby shouldn't be getting any alcohol if I'm not feeding him until 7-8 hours after the first drink.
to answer the OP, I wouldn't bother buying the product though ...

Again - it seems to be another product designed to stop mums instinctively trusting in themselves and their instinct.

If it was free I'd be tempted to have a go just to see what happened lol - but I have been known to do left over hpt's "just to see" when a) having my period b) pregnant with a big bump
