Just wanted to say thanks to Twiglet, Spoo and others for the great tip about filling the sterlised bottles with boiled water and leaving them on the side and adding the powder just when DD is ready for the bottle.
4 week old DD has happily been taking the milk cold/room temperature like this for 3 days now and it makes trips out and particularly night time so so much easier.
