I am a tad confused about boiled water. To use to give to her cold but also to mix with formula. Is it ok to keep it in the fridge and then keep it outside so it is room temp. how long can i keep it outside the fridge for?

you need to make up formula feeds with freshly boiled, not refrigerated water

also, neither of my babies liked cold water as a drink, particularly.

seemed a bit harsh on their tummies

how old is your DD?
