when does the period cme back?

I stopped bfeeding 2 weeks ago and still no period (dd is 10 months old).

When can I expect it back? when I stopped with ds it cameback 2 days later...starting to worry

Varies wildly I think.

DS1 it took 5 months
Ds2 it took 4 months after stopping BFing!

With DS1 about four weeks after stopping BFing
With DD when she was 9wks old and exclusively BF

Varies with the woman and the baby as far as I can see.

After DD, back within 3 months and exclusively b/f, and with DS still waiting (he's 11 months, but still being b/f)

With DS1 it was about 9 / 10 months (can't quite remember) with DS2 it was last week and he's just 12 months. DS1 was still feeding three or four times in 24 hours as is DS2.
