Help! 10 wk old refusing breast

Just a quick post in case anyone is able to help. My 10 wk old has refused the breast this afternoon and has not eaten for about 7 hours. She was screaming and screaming. I have managed to get her to sleep by going for a long walk and am hoping she will feed when she wakes up but am very worried about what I'll do if she doesn't. She won't take the bottle either.

How long is it safe for a 10 wk old to go without any milk at all? When do I need to call the doctor?

I know I am sounding totally paranoid - I own up to being a neurotic first time mum!

Bumping as well- if you don't get any advice soon enough on here it might be worth ringing a bf helpline for advice- Breastfeeding Network, NCT and La Leche League all do them.

Just an update - when my DD woke up I put her to the breast when she was sleepy and she latched on and fed. Phew! So I was being neurotic - but hey!

My tip for anyone else who experiences this would be don't panic and try to get them to sleep by any means possible ( I went for a walk with the pram) as I'm pretty sure it was caused by over-tiredness in our case.
