I don't know what the active ingredients are - paracetamol? If so, that's fine.

There's also a decongestant in there, don't know the name.

Theres lots of threads on this before so do an archive search for details but basically - The decongestant is not recommended when bf, not because it necessaily gets through into the milk, but because it can reduce your supply. I tend to stick to Paracetomol and Hot honey and lemon, but do take Sudafed (I think it's phenel-ephedrine which is the most OK decongestant) before bed, as I usually hope I won't need to eed in the night, and try not to take it for too long. The more established your bf is the less effect the occasional decongestant will have on supply
