One boob has got bigger than the other!

I am now trying to start each feed on the smaller boob to see if that has any impact as I realised that always starting on the same side is now by 'big side'. DS is 6 months old. I plan to feed until he's one. Has anyone else had this and is it a permanent change?? My nipples are subsequently at different heights which looks obvious under tops.

it might go back to normal or it might not. It was probably a teeny bit bigger than the other already and you might not have noticed. I, too had one gibber than the other anyway but it's more pronounced after I bf for 8.5 months.

2pt4kids · 03/02/2009 20:16

I didnt bf and I've got completely different sized ones

madmouse · 03/02/2009 20:24

Almost every woman has breasts that are not the same size. Do you feel it is a recent change?

motherlovebone · 03/02/2009 20:37

i had one bigger, it went back. my jelly belly on the other hand...

Mine were same as Kerry's - minor difference which I could ignore pre-BF, humungous difference during, and a bit of a difference which gets obvious pre-AF now.

One of mine got much bigger during pg, still b/feeding now but only twice a day.

Gave up feeding on the small side weeks ago and the difference is not really that noticeable since i cut feeds.

They go back to the same size. I had one huge and one small and thought I was stuck like that! The same thing happened the second time. You can't tell now.
