i am feeding my toddler morning and night off both sides, the last few days i have had a really sore boob which is very painful when feeding, its not to bad in between, i think it is a blockd duct and dont think i have mastitus as i have had it before and had the painful boob with the fluey feeling, shivery etc. He is feeding really well the last day of thsi boob so is emptying it well. I have two questins. I have not been wearing a bra is this helfpul? Is it normal for my boob to still hurt a few days on with a blocked duct?
