do growth spurts make bf mums hungry too?

can't tell if i'm just a fat arse or truly as hungry as i feel. ds2 is in 3 month spurt - on both boobs nearly every other hour.

They make me really hungry. I was crowing before Christmas that I had stopped eating like a pig while breastfeeding and had lost half a stone. I'm eating my words now!

also lack of sleep (which goes with grwoth spurts) makes me ravenous as my body tries to compensate for the lack of energy

try drinking a glass of water before you weat anything as I bet you're dehydrated too
