Did dream feed with my 17 week old for 1st time last night and he only took 2 oz then woke up half hour than he usually does anyhow (2am-4am) . Is this normal? Shall I persist? Any similar experiences? He has just had his 16 week jabs and this has thrown his appetitie out totally through the day too!!! Argh!!!

Yes do persist! It doesn't make much f a difference for a while, but soon the length of ime between the dream feed and the night feed gets longer and longer, till it gets to about 6-7am and thats morning then. You keep the dream feed for longer then, to around 6 months, so that they don't have to go for 12 hours with no food. The good thing about a dream feed is if you do the bathtime one, you can get an early night and your OH can do the dream feed and you the night feed. So potentially you can get to bed and sleep for 6 or so hours straight!xx
