milk blister and teething

DS is teething as usual. I know that his latch slips in the night because I find two whopping great front teeth marks on my boob in the morning. It never hurts til the end of the feed and I'm so tired I don't care . Problem is I am now getting a recurrent milk blister on my left nipple. Got rid of it a few days ago with heat and expressing. Think this time the skin has grown over and may have to (gulp) get a sterile needle to it. Is this just a bad idea? BIL is diabetic so can pop round and get something that is truly sterile...
