Can you recommend any bf support, groups or local bfc in Kirkcaldy area?

I'm phone supporting a friend, but not close to her. Does anyone know of any nice groups?

Hiya have had fantastic advice/help etc throughout 3 pregnancies from the breast feeding network (BFN)www.breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk/

If you log on to the website there is a number to call 24 hours a day, during working hours it will put you through to your nearest supporter who can tell you where their groups are being run ( i met so many friends)- give help etc. During the night there is still someone manning the phones in case you ned help. ( At least thats how it has always been in the past)

My local lady Jan has always been fantastic - don't know what I would have done without them.

Hope they have someone nearby
