Help! My baby's rejecting the bottle!

Hi...new mumsnet member here in a flap. We've been giving our 3 month old daughter a bottle a day of expressed milk since 4 weeks...but this week she has rejected the bottle. We've spent the last few days trying to force her to take it resulting in lots of tears - she only wants my breast ande panics every time the bottle comes near! It's a real shame as up til now she's been happily 'mixing and matching' and I'm in a panic as my social plans depend on my husband being able to feed her with a bottle! I get the feeling a different teat won't make much difference but grateful for any advice.

Could she be ill/teething and wanting the comfort of the breast more?

try cupfeeding? DD still can't work out a bottle and she is 20 months, but cupfed all along!
