problem with medela mini electric

I've been using the medela mini-electric for ages - used it for 4 months with dd1 and now for 3 months with dd2. (also lent it to a friend in between and have used it fine since then) this morning it suddenly stopped working. it makes all the right noises (very loud!) but doesnt suck any milk. (my nippple isnt being drawn into the pump - hope that isnt tmi).
has anyone else had this problem?
not sure if it's the motor or the seal that's gone.

any help much appreciated!

This happened to mine and it was the seal.

Take a look at the little white thing that clips onto the pump (rests in top of bottle), sorry my description is so bad! Often, that part is split if it's not working properly. If that's it and you don't have any spare, I can post you a couple Tues morning?

I think it was just not on properly - fixed it myself as far as I can remember!

Thanks firstontheway, it seems to be working today
