Increased possetting at 8 months - any ideas why?

DD is nearly 9mo and recently has been possetting more than usual. She has always brought up bits of milk, but suddenly it seems to be quite a lot worse.

It doesn't particularly seem to relate to what she has eaten but I'm wondering if it is to do with the amount of solids she is taking. She has recently upped her intake of solids and I have dropped the late morning bf. She has lunch around 12/12.30 and I tend to do the afternoon bf at around 3pm. The possetting is mainly after that feed, although she seems very keen for the feed so I think she must be hungry. I limit her to one breast even though she would probably take more, but she still seems to bring a lot up (in small but frequent amounts), with bits of food. It doesn't seem to distress her but I am concerned about why this might be happening. Do you think I should limit the amount of solids she takes at lunch time? I tend to give her a mixture of mush and finger food. I don't really want to reduce her milk any more.

Has this happened to anyone else?

ds has never posseted much at all but it did increasewhen he started to eat more solids. my explanation was that he was still trying to drink as much as he always had, despite the full tummy. He could get a bit frustrated when his tummy was full and he was still awake
