Follow on formula

If I start to FF at 6 months should I just use ordinary formula or the follow-on stuff? What's the difference?

I think iirc that the follow-on milk has extra iron???

I would stick to first milks, as they are easier on the digestion, they still contain iron, but not as much as follow on (which can cause constipation in some babies).

thanks for your answers he loves brocolli so I'm guessing he will get lots of iron from that!
