Lilypadz - any good with large norks?

I think I read somewhere that Lilypadz don't work well with larger breasts - anyone had that experience, or the opposite? Just wondering if they're worth getting, but have H cups so I won't bother if they aren't going to be any good.

I'm on the small side except when ds sleeps all night, and I find my lilypadz adhere better when I'm full up in the morning than when I went to bed after being sucked dry, ifkwim.

I have large breasts and they worked ok for me. I only used them at night without a bra on, but it was fine.
