Feeding whilst at nursery

I'm going back to work in March when my ds will be 11 months old, and will be going to nursery. Currently i breastfeed him first thing, around 2pm and just before bed. He will not for love nor money drink from a bottle, but will sip from a cup. I'm unsure whether to try to to wean him off this feed altogether and replace with a snack and water in a cup or persist with efforts to get him to drink from the bottle.
Will he be too young to go without milk all day? Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks

My dd is 8 months and goes to nursery, and will not take a bottle, though she loves her nuby cup, maybe worth a try? its soft topped, not hard like other cups. She will take 3-4oz and her food, so im happy with that for the day.

If you keep up the first thing and before bed feed he'll be fine.

I wouldn't worry now about getting used to a cup, tbh - by the time March comes he'll probably take to it quicker. I've found that positive peer pressure has a big effect, even at 11 months. Once he sees others drinking from cups he will probably want to as well, although you may have a few days of him refusing to begin with.

both my lo's were bottle fed and were on 2 milk feeds by around 10/11 months. The daytime feeds were replaced with a snack and a drink of water
