I agree Fio....sometimes when I visit new mums with a bf issue, it's Piccadilly Circus.

At the other end of the spectrum, mums can be lonely and isolated.

Well, 1 day after having ds, I was taking DD1 to school, BUT I didn't drive, had a homebirth, DH is very supportive and did all the housework and I wanted to show off my new baby! Although there is a mum at the school who had a baby at the same time and we hardly ever see her. Her parents take the gc to school. Baby is now 7 months

Yes, it was from Wikipedia - I was googling for something else and saw it.

I know Wikipedia's not always reliable(!) but I did think that to have this sort of dodgy myth on there was pretty poor.

I might edit it off there
