Sore nipples - recently started mini-pill?

Title says it all really, started taking Cerazette approx 3 weeks ago, up until now been breastfeeding 5 month old DD with no problems, but recently nipples have been extremely sensitive and slightly painful when feeding.

Don't want to give up breastfeeding just yet, nor do I want another baby any time soon!

Anyone else had sore nipples due to mini-pill? Or maybe I'm accidently pregnant already

I was told this could happen with Cerazette when breastfeeding because it increases your progesterone levels (much like being pregnant). It may pass in a month or you may not be suited to that pill. If you can bear it, wait and see till then.

Cerazette can have weird effects, such as depression, mood swings etc on lots of people (search threads on here as i have seen a number). I was on it for over 5 years with NO problems so was obviously well suited
