Some of them are just a bit more sicky than others. My DD used to bring up loads at that age as well, it used to make me think she can't have taken that much feed but DS doesn't want to lose a drop and is hardly sick. As long as she has plenty of wet nappies then I wouldn't worry. BF babies regulate their intake very well and therefore it's very hard to overfeed a breastfed baby. Another thing which might be helpful is to wind half way through a feed so that if he has wind he can have a chance to bring it up in the middle of the feed as well as at the end, i found having wind made DD bring up more as a result.

I shouldn't worry. My ds started doing this at about 4 weeks for no reason- without fail he would bring up his entire evening feed all over me for several weeks. I never did find out what caused it, but he stopped doing it as suddenly as it started. I have heard that bf babies can't overfeed but I'm not sure tbh- I know that at 6 months my ds won't unlatch 9 times out of 10 unless I do it for him

As Jic says, if there are plenty of wet nappies I wouldn't worry...

My ds is a champion vomiter. He started at 3 weeks and is still going strong at 15 weeks! I worried about it a lot but he's always put weight on fine. It doesn't seem to matter how much/little he eats or how I feed/wind him. As long as he's putting on weight and weeing okay, he's probably fine. Just make sure you have a muslin in every room!
