Well, DS just turned one and Bf still going strong, although I returned to work FT at 4.5months. Thanks to all your support and especially to Tiktok who supported me through a BF strike.

I had lots of problems expressing, that I could never resolve. I managed by feeding afternoons, evenings and nights (!), visiting DS once a day and keeping expressing at a minimum. A bit unconventional, but it worked for us.

same here. DD 7 months and started work a couple of months ago. So most day feeds dropped and she's feeding at night with a vengeance!
Exhausting but thanks to mumsnet I did not give up as I had for DS!

I had my first period yesterday and that shocked me! Somehow I felt like my milk was going to dry up?

Thanks for your messages. I also have a drop of supply during periods, but it bounces up right after. Nothing to worry about IMO. AT 7 months Bf is pretty established! Good luck with the life-work balance.
