Cystocalm while breastfeeding??

I have awful cystitis and it's driving me nuts. DH went to the chemist and the girl on the counter gave him some cystocalm. DH had told her I was bf, but the packet and all the info on the web says not to use in preg or bf??? I could really do with using it, but don't know if it will harm ds(7 months)??

TIA

Stretchmark, I can't find anything on the web about this, or its active ingredient. You could try the Breastfeeding Network's drugline (google it) and/or speak to the pharamcist where the meds were bought.

Thanks tiktok, I did see this but was in too much pain to type!! I rang NHS direct in the end. I did have one glass, but it's foul and made me sick
