Do i need to pump and dump?

I plan to have a few drinks tomorrow night, should i pump and then dump before i feed ds the next morning?

no. it leaves breast milk the same rate it leaves blood - 1unit per hour and it doesn't build up or get stored in the milk so by the next morning you will be fine. t would only be a problem if you were horrendously drunk right before feeding him.

I never did the two or three times I had a drink while bfing, DD didn't seem affected either. I suppose it depends on how much you are going to have though

If you are fit to be in charge of a baby, you are fit to breastfeed is prob the easiest way to think about it.

Only if your boobs get too full and start to hurt.

Half a glass used to get me very pissed when I first started drinking again!
