Mixing milk in bottle

If I'm mixing ebm with formula (due to not being able to express enough) - do I add the ebm once formula has cooled down, or add it as I add the hot water? So far I have been using the cartons, which is easy as they are already cold, but obviously the powder has to have hot water added....any ideas?

you are not supposed to mix them
two separate bottles is what i was told in special care with ds1
why i am not sure as they will mix in the tummy

i would add it once it has cooled, so as not to kill off all the good bacteria in the ebm.

i was told it's fine to mix - i would add ebm after fm has cooled.
