cows milk

my son is now 13 months old, we hav very little money and buyin baby powder is provin to expensive for us. do u think its ok to start him on cows milk? i no it has to b full fat milk but how do i go about it. do i just replace his feeds strate away and how much should i give him, he normally has 8 oz of baby milk should it b the same as that? i no this is long but can ne1 help??

Cow's milk is fine. Personally, I'd switch gradually, one feed at a time.

yes of course you can swap over. cows milk is fine after a year.

my first ds went straight onto cows milk with no prob, but you can always start mixing it with formula and then gradually reduce the amount of formula in it if he won't take it straight

As per the others, cows milk is fine, might be easier to switch gradually and ounce at a time. So start off with 7oz formula and 1oz cows each bottle, and increase the cows milk ratio by one oz each day. You'll be on all cows milk in just over a week.
