just a small yeah post...my exclusively breastfed son (despite my toddler daughter's efforts to fed him ) is now at 3 months a healthy 17 lbs and 15 ozs on the 98 centile line.
I ignored the HV telling me that if he put any more weight on, we would have to cut back his milk !?! Not with a breastfed baby we don't
Breastfeeding group was interesting, nice to met up with other nursing mums and the HV was 'fairly' well informed with just a few silly comments about expressing and 4 hourly feeds rather than snacking because of the fore/hind milk balance...still using the old three course meal example. But she was very positive and encouraging which is so much better than the last lady. Double yeah
