I am returning to work next thurs and have very limited stock of expressed milk. need more!! i will express at work of course... but ds is feeding so much then when i try to express i get little to nothing. i used to be able to get 3-4oz total...still not much. anyone have any tips for getting more milk when expressing. ds will be 8 weeks this thurs.
