Mega pain relief suitable during bfing?

I have a gum abscess. It is agony. Worse than childbirth.
I'm on penicillin, and also good ol' paracetamol for the pain, but is there anything stronger I can take? I'm desperate, I can hardly see straight here!

Baby is 5 months and exclusively bfed. He takes a bottle of ebm quite happily but I've had oversupply problems and I explode if I don't feed him overnight so could only miss 1 feed really.

Poor you, in honesty I don't know what you can get hold of at this time on a Sunday night? I usually take codrydramol if I'm in real pain (codeine) but as I've always had it on prescription I'm not sure whether you could get hold of some. Fine during bf, in fact I've been given it in hospital while bf.

Kills the pain very quickly, but I understand its habit forming so only to be used sparingly!

Actually I just thought - does Nurofen Plus also contain codeine? I think you can get it without prescription.

Paracetamol & codeine is available over the counter

Codeine - brilliant. I'm in London and have a car - surely somewhere sells it?!

Seriously, guys, thank you. I was even willing to find a shady drug dealer and score some, well, anything: I'd consider cannabis to crack and all the options in between. (I am joking!)

Paracetamol with small amounts of codiene (6mg, I thing) is available OTC, but you can take more (60mg) if prescribed.
