Instructions? - AVENT Express II (Mircowave Steriliser)

I've been given an AVENT Express II -Microwave steriliser without instructions. I've been told it only needs 2 mins, but read somewhere else it was 4mins.
My microwave is 1.6kW and I'm using it to sterilise my breast pump and bottles etc. Also can I use the pump straight away or do I have to let it cool down with the steriliser lid on/off? I have no idea

200mls of water for 4 minutes on full power, keep the lid on until you're ready to use whatever's in it - usually takes 20 minutes for the pump to cool to a non-painful temp, but the bottles you can whip out sooner.

2 mins for that wattage on full power. Then 2 mins cooling time before removing from microwave.
