Ds's top teeth are coming through and digging in to my nipple when he feeds. It hurts like hell. I've forgotten what to do to fix it. Help please!

I'm sure I must have had similar issues with dd because she had a full set of gnashers by the time she weaned. Can't remember what I did though.

I found it normally only lasts a day or so while tooth is actually coming through. Once through it's fine... till the next one
