DD is 18m and until a bout of horrible hand foot and mouth recently was having 7ounces goat milk am and pm and a breastfeed pm. Sh'es now decided since being back on food and milk that she doesn;t want the evening bottle - is this enough milk? Please - no jokes about probably giving it up because it's goats milk. I KNOW how horrible it is!

I think they are supposed to have 1 pint aren't they? Can you make up the extra by substituting other (non)dairy...goats cheese, goats/sheeps yogurt etc?

DS is 18 months too and has stopped guzzling milk so I give him extra dairy to make up for it.

a minimum of 350mls (approx 12oz) is recommended after 1 year but this can be made up of milk with cereal, in foods and other dairy products so it doesnt have to all be in drink form. DS sometimes has milk before bed but other times doesnt but he makes up the rest of his intake through his food.
