Night feeding - 14 week old

Hello. My first posting....
My DS is 14 weeks and I am breast feeding which has so far been fine. A few weeks ago he would go down at 7pm and wake at 3am or 4am then again at 7amish. Brilliant.
In the last week or so the feeds have started becoming more frequent - 11pm, 1pm, 5am and 6am last night. I am a bit knackered and not sure what to do. I think wind might be waking him up but he doesn't want to go back to sleep without feeding. He doesn't want a dummy any more and is finding it more difficult to settle.
Has anyone got any ideas?

Is he taking much at the feeds? Could it be a growth spurt?

Not many ideas I'm afraid but trying to keep this alive for you! Am of what you had before anyway - 7 till 7 and only once in between! And thinking 6am is 'night'! 5 or 6am has been morning for us for a long time with 15wk DS....

have a look at this thread

you could try waking him at 11 for a feed (assuming he hasn't already woken).
it didn't work for us but it meant to be a solution for getting a long stretch overnight.

i'm also jealous of your previous schedule. my 15 week old DS nearly always wakes at least twice and often goes on an every two hour routine.
