I will be bottle feeding from the start, but how on earth do you choose a formula?

I am expecting my first baby in six weeks.

I will be bottle feeding from the start, but there are so many different brands of formula that I have no idea which one to go for.

Can anyone advise?

don't know why but my two had cow and gate and both thrived on it!

they must be pretty much the same though...

Much of a muchness, all cows milk based as said before. None of them are 'closer to breastmilk' as the adverts claim!!

Why don't you want to breastfeed just out of interest?
