Have expressed into a bottle to be used either tonight or tommorow morning can it be left out at room temp or does it have to be stored in fridge?

Best pop it in the fridge. Think I read somewhere that it can stay out for several hours, but it can stay for several days in the fridge. Definately if you use it in the am.

Best in fridge. You can also freeze it.

12 hours at room temp, several days in the fridge.
